UltraSpike Z+

Optimally designed withdrawal cannula with Luer lock adapter and special valve for the safe working with CMR drugs (e.g. cytostatics, virostatics, anabolics, etc.)

 
The new UltraSpike Z+ withdrawal cannulae are state of the art technology.

The special valve at the Luer lock adapter opens automatically when connected and closes automatically when disconnected from a syringe.  It is non-drip, easy to disinfect and offers increased contamination protection.

For personal as well as product protection the withdrawal spike comes equipped with a 0.1 µm PTFE-air vent filter and a  5 µm PET particle filter. The UltraSpike Z+ is ideally suited for handling CMR-drugs such as cytostatics, virostatics, anabolics, etc. The special version - UltraSpike Z+ SkoF without particle filter for viscous substances and monoclonal antibodies can be identified by the green cap.

The UltraSpike Z+ is available with a plastic spike and a metal cannula.
